First, they're really comfy. Vents are great, there's a lace hook, and the pockets are warm. not that you use them much whilst tearing around all day! I bought medium and am pretty much a 32/32, they seemed a tiny bit too big in both directions but better than being too small as you can use the velcro straps to tighten. You may want a belt though. Not much else to say apart from these absolutely do the job.

I agree with other reviewers - the sizes come up a little small so if you only just squeeze into a UK 10 I would go up a size to a 12. If you are a small 10 you'll be fine.

The items are such excellent quality - they are soooo lightweight, quick drying and really comfortable in humid weather (a light cotton feel on your skin, mesh pockets for better ventilation, wicking fabric to keep you dry).
