Great jacket and very light
I bought this jacket to replace a heavier Berghaus jacket I have had for a while that has lost some of its water repellancy. Have now worn the Paclite II twice in heavy rain and I'm really impressed. On both occasions (2hr and 3hr walks) the jacket was 100% waterproof and very breathable. It's a good fit and easy to wear with a rucksack. The lack of pockets hasn't proven a problem yet, although I haven't walked in it yet with a map etc. My only criticism is that the hood is slightly baggy and tends to catch the wind. I tried to adjust it to prevent this but haven't yet managed to get a very snug fit. That's the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.(My 10 year old daughter also said it made me look cool so perhaps that should be 6 stars).
