Very sturdy.
I did measure my bra size before ordering but the band at the bottom wasn't big enough for me.
However, it is such a well made Bra that I decided to customise it and keep it. I just extended the section where the hook fasteners are with a wide piece of black elastic and sewed on three new hooks. Now its fits perfectly.
I have worn it to the gym and it keeps the old boobs well strapped in.
I have a Shock Absorber Bra too which is fine, but I think this one pips it to the post a bit.
In the Shock Absorber I feel like my boobs are just shoved flat and into a weird shape.
With this one I feel as if each boob is still boob shaped rather than flattened down and yet they feel well supported.
It is very comfortable.
I am very pleased with it.
It took a while to arrive but it was well worth the wait.
