Roll on Winter
This is the best winter coat I've ever owned, and lets face it at this price it ought to be, if it had been a hundred pounds cheaper I'd have given it 5 stars and recommended it to everyone I know.

The length is perfect and the fit is very flattering. The fleece inner unzips to leave a lighter waterproof jacket for spring/autumn or makes it a super warm winterproof coat. The fleece on it's own is rather uninspiring and I don't think I'll ever wear it on it's own, as a lining for the coat it works beautifully, very comfortable and well fitted so the lining doesn't pucker up the sleeve when you take it on and off. The hood is on the large side but you can pull it in with the drawstring without making yourself look like a gnome.

After years of making do with second rate coats which don't turn out to be as shower resistant as I'd hoped and many hours spent shivering in the great outdoors, I'm actually looking forward to the worst the winter can throw at me! It...

disappointing
I bought this jacket two years ago, in the hope it would be wearable through all seasons.
I like the model and look of it, well made. One thing I found difficult is to put your arms in the sleeves while wearing long sleeved clothing.
Very difficult because of the fleece lining, it does pucker up your sleeve unless you can hold it with your hand.
The really disappointing thing is: I bought the jacket especially for nordic walking and walking the dog in all seasons, but if I wear it without the fleece, the inside lining gets really damp, even wet and so does my skin. Very uncomfortable!
