Toggi Waxed Jacket
This jacket is ideal for Autumn and Winter outdoor ware. Although, from new it does require breaking in as it is rigid as new and same applies for the zipper but after a few weeks of frequent wear it will become more flexible and comfortable. I purchased a size (L) and leaves ample room for a thick sweater, jumper or sweatshirt underneath for extra warmth on very cold days. This jacket is warm and draft free even with a t-shirt underneath, with a soft lining with several inside pockets. The attached hood is also lined and fits very nicely in one of the outside pockets. The zipper is chunky and very durable but does require some use when new to make it attach together more easily. The sleeve bottoms have no press-studs but inside have a inner elsatic cuff to stop unwanted drafts. The jacket also comes with a small tin of wax to treat the waxed cotton.
