bargain for the price i paid packs down to a decent size comes with a carabener clip to attach it to something haven't had a chance to test in in the elements chucked some water on it the other day and it beads up nicely and you can blow through the material a bit so i guess its breathable which is exactly what i wanted for use with a wicking t shirt. id give it 5 once its been put through its paces on the mountain bike in the wet but 4 for now as the weathers just been to good.
