Great performance products backed up by great customer service
I've been a fan of Paramo for sometime. I bought this because my last waterproof from them lasted over 9 years, in fact it is still going strong, but fashions change.

This is a lightweight smock but with heavy weight performance. I also like the fact that the back is slightly longer, giving better protection. I used it sailing around Anglesea last weekend, though not designed for this kind of sport it did the job and kept me warm and dry.

The odd thorn puncture through the material makes no difference to how water proof it is. I suppose you could say that it self heals, unlike some Gortex products. So long as you wash it correctly and re-proof it using the correct products (nikwax wash and proofing) it will perform and last until it goes out of fashion and that maybe some time.

Paramo produce some great products but they back it up with after sales service in that if you have any problems such as material failures they offer a free repair...
